About Us
VEO World is a membership platform that enables digital material creator/users to be paid by their fans. One of our core behaviours is to put creator/users first, and these terms attempt to do that. In every section we will summarize the most important parts.

Welcome to VEO World!
By using VEO World you agree to these terms. These are VEO World’s Terms of Use, and they apply to all users of the VEO World platform. “We,” “our” or “us” refers to VEO World Europe Ltd and our subsidiaries. “VEO World” refers to this platform and the services offered by us. By using VEO World you agree to these terms and to the other policies we post. Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions. For information about our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy, including our Cookie Policy. We can collect and use your information in accordance with those policies.
VEO Services
VEO Service is made for creators and users. You as a creator or user sign up under the organisation you like and want to support and follow. That you do by register your Username, Password, and email address. You can at any time change the organisation you want to support and follow. You as a creator will get paid for the digital creations you publish on the VEO platform. The digital creations can for example be videoclips, photos, documents, music, audio books, podcasts, blogs, or text. The digital material will then be available for every user on the VEO platform. All activities like signing-up, look and listen to different digital material, publish digital material, follow your favourite organisation or creator, comments to publications as well as payments in and out will take place inside the VEO app.
You as a user can be just a user and follow and support your favourite organisation or creator. But you as a user can also become a creator by just start to publish your digital material. That is every member own choice. As a user you have access to all digital material on the platform without any limitations, not only your own organisations material.
With the free version you will have a chance to evaluate the membership free for 14 days. After the 14-day evaluation period you can choose to start a subscription. With the subscription you have access to all digital material monthly for 7.90 Euro. You can sign up through a link that an organisation provides or be invited by a friend. You sign up by register Username, Password, and email address.
You will have your personal wallet to keep track of the revenue you get from your digital creations. You can at any time withdraw your earnings according to the rules stated in the app. If you need support, you can contact our support team 24/7 support@veoworld.org You can access the link in the app as well.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to register for an account. You are responsible for your account. When you create an account, you must provide us with accurate information. You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed into your account, as well as the security of the account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account is compromised.
Abusive conduct
Be responsible and do not violate our policies. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you violate our policies, we may terminate your account. Do not do anything illegal, abusive towards others, or that abuses our site in a technical way. If you are a creator/user on VEO World, we hold you accountable for your material. As a result, we also look at what you do with your membership off our platform. These policies cover most issues, but if you find a new and creative way to hurt VEO World or our community we may take action to prevent it.
No tolerance for being abusive
All about being a creator/user
A creator/user is someone who publish material to users on VEO World. There are a lot of details here involving payments, fees, taxes, and restrictions that you should read in full if you are a creator/user.
Membership
registered member. Memberships are for you as a most passionate fan. You are invited to be part of something exciting that gives you unique digital material from your favourite organisation or creator you want to follow, on a subscription basis. You can end your membership any time you want. It also can be month by month if that model is what you like.
Payments
As a creator/user you register your membership on VEO World, and we provide the membership on a subscription basis. After you registered your payment it will be handle as a monthly membership subscription. The monthly payment will be automatic deducted from the Visa or Mastercard you used when you signed up for your subscription. The future payments will be at the same day in the following months coming as you signed up for a subscription. We also handle payments issues such as fraud, chargebacks and resolution of payments disputes. We will provide you timely access to your funds, but you may occasionally experience delays in accessing your funds. We may also block or hold payments for violations of our policies or for compliance reasons, including collecting tax reporting information. When payments are delayed or blocked, we try to communicate the reason to you promptly. If you have questions about a payments block, please reach out to us. In order to protect creator/users, we may block users’ payments if we believe them to be fraudulent. Sometimes activities like refunds can put your account balance into the negative. If your balance becomes negative, then we may recover those funds from future payments.
Donations
Donations can be made to the organisation you want to support and will be an added cost on top of the fixed monthly fee that your organisation decide the amount for. You can participate if you want but will not change the original services provided by VEO in its subscription fee.
Withdrawal of funds
Limitation are set to at least 20 Euro and maximum one withdraws per 7 days. Withdrawal is always made to the registered card or with a bank wire to your bank account. Your card issuers interexchange will apply to be able for you to withdraw in your local currency. All withdrawal activities will be found under your account/income in the VEO app. If you withdraw an amount over 2 500 Euro we will ask you for your ID and proof of address. The reason for that is that we need to follow regulatory demand in regards of KYC (Know your Customer) and AML (Ant Money Laundry). VEO create a receipt under your account in the VEO app for every withdrawal, which you can print or export it if you want to store it in another place.
Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the membership and get a full refund. You can cancel your membership for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. You contact support@veoworld.org and we will help your through the process.
Fees
As a creator/user there is a fee associated with your membership on VEO World. The fee is 7.90 euro per month in Europe, USA and Canada which is the is the platform fee, which varies depending from where you are. For the rest of the world we calculate the monthly fee by using GNP per capita. There is no other additional fee for any creator/user as a standard member.
Tax
We follow all countries tax policies, and we collect tax identification information and report this to you. You are responsible for reporting any taxes. The one tax we do handle on your behalf is VAT payments for electronically supplied services to creators/users in the EU. For the purpose of electronically supplied services, creator/users have necessary tax information on their personal homepage.
Restrictions
We don’t allow creations and benefits that violate our policies. A summary of those rules is that we don’t allow:
- No tolerance for objectionable content.
- No tolerance for being abusive in content or towards other users.
- Illegal creations or benefits.
- Creations or benefits that are abusive towards other people.
- Creations or benefits that use others' intellectual property, unless you have written permission to use it, or your use is protected by fair use.
- Creations or benefits with real people engaging in sexual acts.
- Benefits that involve raffles or prizes based on chance.
As a creator/user you are also responsible for keeping your data safe. You can see what is required in our Data Processing Agreement. An account is tied to your creative output and cannot be sold or transferred for use by another creator/user.
Cancelation of subscription
You can at any time cancel your subscription. This is done in Income/configuration in the VEO app. The cancelation of the subscription will take effect immediately and VEO will not charge you for next month subscription. You will have your normal full access until next month due date of the subscription.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time. You can permanently delete your account at any time by going to your Account/Settings and click “Delete my account”. All your information will be deleted. That includes all your personal information, digital material you have uploaded and the comments you have done. We can terminate or suspend your account at any time at our discretion. We can also cancel any membership subscriptions and remove any descriptions, posts, or benefits at our discretion. These terms remain in effect even if you no longer have an account.
Your creations
You keep complete ownership of all creations, but you give us permission to use them on VEO World. Make sure you have permission to use creations that you offer on VEO World. You keep full ownership of all creations that you offer on VEO World, but we need licenses from you to operate VEO World effectively. By posting creations on VEO World you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of your creation. The purpose of this license is strictly limited to allow us to provide and promote memberships to your viewers. We will never try to steal your creations or use them in an exploitative way. You may not post creations that infringe others' intellectual property or proprietary rights. Users may not use creations posted by creator/users in any way not authorized by the creator/user.
VEO World’s creations
You can use our copyrights or trademarks to promote your VEO World page but can’t use them for anything else without our permission. Our creations are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Some examples of our creations are the text on the site, our logo, and our codebase. We grant you a license to use our logo and other copyrights or trademarks to promote your VEO World page. You may not otherwise use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of our creations unless we give you permission in writing.
Indemnity
If we are sued because of your use of or conduct on VEO World, you must pay for it. You will indemnify us from all losses and liabilities, including legal fees, that arise from these terms or relate to your use of VEO World. We reserve the right to exclusive control over the defence of a claim covered by this clause. If we use this right, then you will help us in our defence. Your obligation to indemnify under this clause also applies to our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and third-party service providers.
Warranty disclaimer
We do our best to make sure VEO World works as expected, but stuff happens. VEO World is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty is excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law. The disclaimers of warranty under this clause also apply to our subsidiaries, affiliates and third-party service providers.
Limit of liability
If you lose money as a result of using VEO World, any payment to you is limited to the amount of money we have earned through your use of VEO World. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of these terms, or your use or attempted use of VEO World. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to the amount of money we have earned through your use of VEO World. We are specifically not liable for loss associated with unfulfilled benefits and from losses caused by conflicting contractual agreements. For this clause “we” and “our” is defined to include our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and third-party service providers.
Dispute resolution
If you have a problem please talk to us, but you are limited in how you can resolve disputes. You can waive your right to trial by UK court and your right to participate in a class action proceeding. We encourage you to contact us if you have an issue. If a dispute does arise out of these terms or related to your use of VEO World, and it cannot be resolved after you talk with us, then it must be resolved under UK jurisdiction laws. Arbitrations may only take place on an individual basis. No class arbitrations or other grouping of parties is allowed. By agreeing to these terms, you are waiving your right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding; we are also waiving these rights. This clause does not limit either party’s ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief for disputes relating to intellectual property or proprietary data.
Governing law
Any disputes with us must be resolved in UK under UK laws. UK law, excluding its conflict of law provisions, governs these terms and all other VEO World policies. If a lawsuit does arise, both parties’ consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in UK.
Everything else
These terms are the final word on VEO World’s policies, and we will tell you if we change them. These terms and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, then that provision is modified to the extent necessary to enforce it. If a provision cannot be modified, it is severed from these terms, and all other provisions remain in force. If either party fails to enforce a right provided by these terms, it does not waive the ability to enforce any rights in the future. We may sometimes make changes to these terms and policies. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights, then we will let you know before the changes come into effect. Continuing to use VEO World after a change means you accept the new terms or policies. These terms are an agreement with VEO World Europe Ltd, Sweden House, 5 Upper Montagu street, London W1H 2AG, UK. Definitions
- SubscriptionAn amount of money that you pay on a monthly basis to be a member on VEO´s platform. VEO’s monthly fee are 7.90 Euro
- Refund Pay back is another word for refund and are related to money, typically to a customer who is not satisfied with goods or services bought. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we guarantee to refund your money in full.
- Fraud Is an inclusive term for fraud committed using a payment card, such as a credit card or debit card. The purpose may be to obtain goods or services, or to make payment to another account which is controlled by a criminal.
- Chargebacks A demand by a credit-card provider for a retailer to make good the loss on a fraudulent or disputed transaction.
- Payments disputes A dispute (also known as a chargeback) occurs when a cardholder questions your payment with their card issuer. The issuer creates a formal dispute which immediately reverses the payment.
- Liability The fact that someone is legally responsible for something
- VAT Value added tax or VAT is an indirect tax, which is imposed on goods and services at each stage of production, starting from raw materials to final product. VAT is levied on the value additions at different stages of production. VAT is widely applied in the European countries
- Digital creations Can be videoclips, photos, documents, music, audio books, podcasts, blogs, or text.
- VEO Is an abbreviation that stands for Value Each Other
